Winter hath blown her frozen fury again.
Making man hibernate deep in his den.
And in this season of frost and freezy beard...
there is a rumble of war and smoke to be heard.
Icy wind and snow and flake
making the homeland look like a frosted a cake.
A galloning of gas and a choking of engine
must needs be performed before war can begin (-gin?)
Put on gloves, hats and just the right gear
the wind blows a bit harder as if to scream in fear
A yank on the rope and again then she fires
pull down the lever, here comes THE DESTROYER!

Here's a nice shot of the homestead:

You've been "tagged" to do a "6 weird things about me" post on your blog. Come on over and look at mine to see it. Lizard Princess tagged me.
Have fun!
Nice snowblower. Mine managed to finish the entire driveway, but then she got pissed because her socks kept falling down inside of her boots.
Twaits. You are a bad bad man!
A
Twaits is very, very bad...though I have one too. He breaks down every few shovel fulls...hard work for a seven year old. Great house Tommalong a ding dong...very pretty...
Glad to see such a nice tribute to your winter implement of destruction.
Snow Storm? Winter Weather Advisory? Winter Storm Warning? White Out Conditions? Blizzard?
Bring it on...

OOO-RAHH!
snow blowers are fun and all... but my driveway is about 40 feet square (very small) so manual labor is the way to go... that and I'm kinda a nincompoop so I'd probably lose a hand in the head of the snowblower.
Kayla, you're a girl. No offense, but a guy would buy the snowblower even if his driveway was a postage stamp.
So true twaits...I knew I guy who bought a snowblower...and used it even when all we got was a dusting of snow...I loved that guy...lol...I despise shoveling.
What a bunch of boys and their snowblowers... Nice poem elvis. Twaits, there are no words...
Oh brother,.....
Hey guys, a quick snow blower update: Jason H and I are thinking about "Pimping our Snowblowers" this summer. Black paint...flames...mag wheels. Twaits, do you want in on Pimping your Snowblower? ahhhh....maybe not...huh?

Hmmmm....I could use the extra money for our vacation this year.
More sinister than the word sinister can possibly encompass, pigmen...
